Why buy FH when u hope for enbloc?? Doesn't make sense when u put down more capital in hope to sell it shortly...LH make all perfect sense in view of enbloc... anyway to me, private apt and hdb not much diff.... I mean that's my opinion. No lifestyle, no facility (assume just the small swimming pool) then it is not cheap...

I got a 18 year old freehold apartment within 2 mins walk to Kembangan MRT at 700 psf. Is this considered a reasonable price? Hope for enbloc
