    agree.. but the role of regulators is not to save everyone, but the general good of all (humans, economy, election result, etc).

    I got a 18 year old freehold apartment within 2 mins walk to Kembangan MRT at 700 psf. Is this considered a reasonable price? Hope for enbloc
