hmm.... maybe. I just waited for every 15th of each month posted by URA to check on the sales figures for HVP for the last month. Nonetheless, many thanks for the sharing. 8)

Kingsford hillview peak was reported in an article that it is less than 35% sold. It has been 1 year plus since, and I am still seeing developer is still sleeping. Good luck to Hillview Peak holder(s).

Any buyers or latest development on this pathetic and ill project? Will be interesting to see how well the sales gone so far when there are many other better choice(s) and price(s) to go with.

....but then he is the legendary investor who bought Mt Sinai landed with a combined household income of 7K......which interestingly remained stagnant for the many years that he had been on the forum.....it seemed he willingly paid 16% SSD on his Mt Sinai apartment sale which should work out to at least 200K to upgrade to a landed within months of purchasing the apartment tapping on proceeds from the sales of both sets of parents and parents-in-laws HDBs......

So now he perhaps feel that he has the bragging right to scorn people looking at this ulu part of Singapore......

I would not be surprise if he would start eyeing Good sized Bungalows inthe vicinity soon....dun play play hoh...

    Hi Yowetan,

sorry for the slow reply, i think with the Hill V2 retail business coming up, i think it brings benefit for Kingsford Hillview Peak as it serves as an amenities to the residents around the area. Added to that, it will also increase the crowd and demand for the properties around the area.

After so many discount and promo I still do not think the price is attractive. Kingsford Hillview Peak sales will be a flop.

Hi yowetan, actually the units did indeed move after the price adjustment. perhaps making comparison with nearby development selling price and taking the advantage of the upcoming Hillview MRT, it maybe considered still 'reasonable' for Kingsford Hillview Peak. just my 2cent worth opinion

Botanique at Bartley with better central location and accessibility with reputable UOL and finishing 1 bedder only selling 590++ to 630k. This really beats Kingsford Hillview Peak hands down.

There a few good schools and JC like NJC down the road.... If take MRT from Hillview station is v convenient.... And is a direct 25 mins MRT to city..... And the green corridor is shaping up, ...cycling ifromupper bukit timah area to tanjong pagar..,,So I don't think it will lose to boutique at Bartley.... Offering people another choice and needs ..life style

Botanique 590k for <500sq ft n normal ceiling height? Accessibility to Orchard is actually similar for both, possibly HVP is nearer to Hillview Mrt than Botanique to Bartley, n using BkE, takes only 10 plus minute from Hillview to Orcard...as for finishing, the jury is still out until the units can be inspected ang compared.
