    will your caveat reflect the discounted 10% or not?

    Mine is a mid floor - psf is around $2150 psf. This is the net price (after discount) and is reflected in the SPA and therefore the caveat. The psf range is from 1,950 to 2,800 I think. For some strange reason, the psf for the 3 and 4 bedder is higher.

    Plenty of 2 bedders left in Stacks 1, 2 and 6. They face west though and will in the future face another building.

    A couple of very high floors 2 bedders (around 30th floor) facing the Marina Square Station Park still available, but they are closer to 3m (2700 psf) before discount.

    Discount now is 5%.

    When will it TOP? I know office already open last month. Just that the entire place is still in shambles with constructions left right center down. No food, nothing at all.

    M&S marketed this for years, and up till now only 38% sold (according to squarefoot). Hence wondering if there will be a lelong sale on this place, since TOP soon, or M&S will be converting the other unsold block into serviced residences to compete for tenants with those who bought.

    Just curious, cos the forum seems to be really quiet on MOR as well.

    And very dark also for the studio stacks. All facing office towers and no lights can come in through.
