"Bad to Buy" refers to Singapore property in general, because the high price is a debt that has to be serviced for the next 30 years for many buyers. I don't really how to make sense of current situation.
I received some news that manufacturing investments are pouring into Iskandar, and the developer of my house will be launching next phase at higher price, so my mood is better

Hence "Good to Buy" over there because the low cost allows loan to be easily serviced in less than 10 years and the foundation for faster growth is coming up.
And yes, I have mood swing also
