Default What to invest in now?

If you have spare cash of $500k (purely for investment only), what would you invest in currently?

Hey thanks for the welcum! Actually I wanted to use Barberfella (as my family is in hair-salon line) but typed wrongly. By the time I realised it, too late!

Next, I hope LuLu will come to this forum, and I would recommend her to invest the 500K in her curry powder business, or hand-made noodle business.. or donate to the zoo for the xiongmao's maintenance fees =)

As for barbarella .. i think out of the 500K, mabbe u can use 300-400K to invest in a 2BR at OCR ... and save 100-200k cash .. somehow i still believe cash is king even though the interest rate is low now.. you will nv know when you need them eg. medical fees

Since this is property forum, I will say buy resale freehold CCR one bedder near MRT. should be able to generate around 4% yield easily.

You will be surprised by what we can do even for folks with just half a head of hair.

As for explosive diarrhea, it's something that runs in the family so no fault of mine.

Sista, hair transplant is expensive! There is a new technique that I promise is much better.

Much cheaper, faster to carry out and lasts longer if you use the right type of paint.

Bro Radhaha, do you look like this model? I like hairy men

You can always start by looking through this list, and then go to propertyguru to find something within your budget.
