    Yday passed by the Kong Hwa area... Noticed the whole stretch along Geylang longkang from Water Edge right up to Dakota or zomething is cleared to make nice park connector. And works are currently going on actively.

    YES! Lets guess the PSF! V on shenton is about 2850 now.

    so my take is DUO will sell at about 3000 PSF !!

    my guess is between 2500 to 3500psf, while Marina One will be 3500 to 4500psf

    Central Area of CCR that has no restriction on average unit size will be the first to huat because developer can sell single dual triple key mickey mouse unit without problem.
