    But I suspect this is a tactic to attract interest before their early Nov launch, they may have only very few lousy unit with $1,700 psf, but they throw the messages around, to get people start talking...

    Possibly $1700 psf is for the big sized units. At say 1600 to 1900 sqft size, that's at least $2.7m to $3.3m.

    both are correct.
    $1700 is for the directors of th & khazanah.
    they are not listed companies, so no need to reveal if their directors and other vips receive special discount.

    $2200 is for the rest of the folks.

    i think somebody is going to get hell for revealing the figure of $1700

    I doubt so leh TH will accept such an offer. Its not like as director of TH, need that kind of discount.

    The last time PM got discount from Ong Beng Seng already got so much heat.

    My friend said from 1700psf for penthouse of 10000sf. Is there a ph of that size? Anyway certainly for bigsized units la.

    marina bay residences penthouse is 11000sf and 3 storeys.

    Er? I saw from the showflat the PHs are about 3000+ sqft only mah.

    TP180 has a super PH of 14,500 sqft on the 62nd floor though.
