Default It's been 2 years since the 4 years SSD was introduced. Any flippers still around?

So it's been almost 2 years now since the 4 years SSD was introduced on 14 January 2011.

Some flippers who were hit by this stop flipping, others continued especially in the MM market.

Would you still flip and incur the hefty SSD if net of SSD and all other expenses (i.e. legal fees, sd, maintenance fees, agent fees) you still make a gain?

The answer is obvious. If the gain is attractive enough, why not?

So my question is, how much is a good gain for flippers (1 to 2 years since that's the speed of MM construction these days).

Hi Laguna, just curious to know about your meeting with selected forummers in real life.
Do you tcss as well, or is it very serious, eg talk about bonds, properties and how to build up portfolio?

Flipping is out of fashion liao ...

People never tell u meh ?
Singaporeans are very obedient one, if the gahmen tell them cannot quick buy quick sell properties, must keep 4 years then can sell, people will listen one!

The only segment good for flipping now is commercial/retail shops. The Roti Prata is being served at a good speed sia!
