    Default 2013 Resolutions

2012 coming to an end soon. Despite of the EU crisis and slow down of China, overall, it is not a bad year. Perhaps not so for those MTB.

    2013 resolution for me :

    No more buying of properties
    Sell properties
    Enjoy my life

Still yet to find a good asset class for next year.

he is old already. he wants to enjoy life to the max, which rents cant give him to do so. futhermore he got multiple properties, sell one and spend everything, live life to the fullest before reporting to our makers.

Learn more about the financial world.
Not because I will jump into it but more for knowledge, at least I know what are the options.
Improve my Japanese so that I can understand anime without reading subtitles.
Lose weight without the expense of losing hair.
(Previously I managed to achieve target weight but hair dropped alot, so I purposely put back on those shedded pounds n my hair grew back.)
Learn to take good pictures with my camera.

    Thanks for the advice.
    All blood tests were normal.
It has something to do with carbs.
I omitted it almost completely the last time.
    It was a mistake........

Take work easy n enjoy while we can , we only got one precious life whether rich or poor. All of us are no different from any man on the street when it comes to number of years on earth. My resolution for the new year is to try n do some charity coz I am by nature not the charitable type.

Too much stress, not enough sleep or poor nutritions can also cause hair drop.

my recommendation is do exercise that make you sweat alot..
    eg. jogging

substitute carb with fruits / vegetables. everytime you're hungry, just eat an apple, or munch on celery stick. carry fruits and veges everywhere you go. For main meals, pile up on veges, and just eat 1/3 of the carb (rice, noodles etc).

GUARANTEE sure lose. worked for me! haha.

    Yup....yup.
    That's how you lose weight.
    Eat small frequent meals.
    Eat till 80% full.
Cut down on carbs.... can lose weight really fast.
That's why I got too carried away and omitted carbs from my diet so I lost hair as well.
But luckily reversible when I resume normal diet.
