Based on my observations at the showflat just now, the 1BR will be a sellout!
The put-in-cheque-to-check-it-out trick will work with the current people viewing the showflat. The "ballot" trick will also work.
It is true, the time has come when all the coffee shop uncles and aunties are digging out their coffin monies to buy PCs.
Market will heat up right at the beginning of 2013!
