    Thanks bro.
I did not know that there is a formula !
So Telok Kurau, Joo Chiat, Eunos and Kovan have to divide by 100 sq m, other places divide by 70 sq m.

The void counts into your floor area. You're paying for air....

Who treat dinner never jio Office Boy ?

The Loft unit @ this condo is not exactly nice, the void area is too small, making the proportion of the void and unvoid area strange.

A simple measure is that the void sqft should be same or larger than the void wall area.

My friend was at showflat today around 4pm. She said the showflat quite quiet, probably more agents than potential buyers.... 1 bedded $970k... 2 bedded 1.33m.

She asked me can buy?.. I also don't know

Ask your friend to do a search on RV properties. RV edge, RV suites, Stellar RV etc.

Yup, FH, D10, flanked by Valley Point (supernarket, clinics, cafes) and Great World City. Potential further upside from great world mrt station (5mins walk), stroll to ION in 12 mins.

When one chooses a condo to buy either to stay or invest, each of us have different measurement scale of preference.

If you ask me, I will not buy Echelon, becos of its small plot size vs its built-up, small swimming pool and many condo coming up within next few months in the area.

But then, yet, there are many buying into it. Reason? Location and proximity to MRT and city. Prices wise, it is high. Location is good.

So, just like choosing a gf to marry. One thinks she is not a wife-type. Others see her as worthy companion. While another may see her as good for looks, nothing else. But still the person who marry her will know her worth, in a long run. The full potential can only be seen years down the road. Right?

Those who buy into echelon, does their calculation already. They know what they going into. They maybe be the one laughing to the bank upto TOP!!.

It's more like a flash flood. 200-300 pax throng the showroom but actually only damage of 10-20 pax after launch day.

Hi Mate, I find your analogy of using women and "their full potential down the road" sexist and very MCP. How does Woman and condo equate? This reminds me of a milk advertisement whereby the advertiser says that they got more cows than the population of Singapore.
