First, Cannot believe this, no discount given!
Totally jam packed with people (was told estimated 1000 people with >800 cheques), the estimation looked quite accurate if agents were also included.
For single unit purchase, almost all the names that were called were "couples" (male and female names) with very few single name buyers.
Some waited a few hours to be called to the ballot and after that still have to queue "long long" in the showflat area to select the units.
For the first wave of balloted names, almost all the low floors (including 2-4flrs) were still available for selection and as reported by some forumers here. starting pfs for the best stack for 1 roomers is a wow 1800pfs.
Its quite clear that a stunning record is going to be set in this area.
It will be very exciting to see how far this will go in the second and third wave launches in the coming days
Need to go there to feel the euphoria, its infective and wow!

Very strange : there is no window in the kitchen ??! And the only way to get any ventilation is through the maid's room window ??
but sky habitat units at 20% bigger and selling at similar psf? will help to clear some but i think not lead to a lot faster sales.
