    If I was a fan of 1 beds. I would buy this over that 800k alexis MM any day. But I am not a fan of 1 beds.

    IMO, OCR / RCR 99LH has peaked in this cycle ... net rental yield is barely 3% if buy at current market prices ... the focus is now shifted to Iskandar for capital appreciation potential

    iskandar time frame too long, very speculative.

    Until the CCR FH moves up higher, yes the OCR/ RCR 99LH looks to have peaked....
