1 br stack 13 likely 1850 to 2100 psf but it would be blocked by another development. Stack 3 will be the one cross 2000 psf. High floor (> 20) will be > 2200 psf.

The pricing is everyone guess. CDL marketing strategy is great, lots of smoke to set stage for 28 dec. If the price release is lower than rumor price, it will be a sold out project for 1 & 2 br. 3 & 4 br will take a while if pricing is set too high.

I think CDL is in a comfortable position to slowly milk the cow on this one. With Singland and Wingtai bid, they will have no problem selling this project eventually.
