    Default Seletar View - So Gd And Yet Nobody Talking?

    Did a search here and seem nobody interested in this project.

    But the agent talk until like you cant find anything better.

    999lh at only $2.3m.
    Gd location with future aerospace hub.
    Good design....etc

    What do u think? The developer is SunHuan Construction.

    This has been launched for quite some time, is the show flat still there?

    seriously SIngapore got so many hub north,south, east, west all got hub.

    starHUB lagi best, covers everywhere

    jokes a side, start a thread on it at the relevant section so people withvested interest can discuss it.

    You should ask those living in Changi so near to 1 of world busiest international airport good or not otherwise why so cheap there also?

    where got cheap? 2.3mil plus for a 3000sqft cluster house at seletar. compare to luxus hill or pavilion pk which are bigger also, which one would u buy? unless you are going for the facilities and u love seletar...

    agree not cheap. saw this a few months ago. left with half then, with less ideal facing remaining. for own stay, not ideal for investment! gated entry, no security. cluster housing, so ot to pay maintenance. go for nearby luxus is better option.

    Hey, hello..... cluster housing leh.... 14 units only.
    Different from landed.
    Very different.
    Cluster housing need to pay maintenance, need cooperation from neighbours and need to vote if there is anything to be done in the common areas.
    Only 14 units, so if split the bill on anything major, can be quite expensive. Also neighbours may not be of the same frequency and wavelength.

    I almost wanted to buy Cabana LH103 by FEO until my friend told me Seletar View very much more worth it since LH999.

    I prefer cluster cos of facilities which my children will like. Maybe we stayed in condo for too long already.

    few months back, there was a showflat. they just refurbished part of the existing house to show the various floors within the old house. unless they have already torn it down. construction had already started even then.

    there are no many units left at that time.

    another 118 units fh strata cluster housing for you to consider then:

    call them to register interest. releasing soon. then at least got many choices to choose from. you may drive along amk ave 5 and see the boarded up area.

    frankly i also prefer cluster, the facilities and the gated entry , but for 2.3mil, you have other choices...
    you only looking at this area?

    another pt, why u looking at FH for cluster?? you also cannot do anything to the land as it is strata title right? to me, just my opinion, for cluster, no need to go for FH but of course, look for a new one or one that is at its young age

    Yes, i do agree cluster no need FH but must be new or quite new. anyway when old also cannot climb and will move to condo or hdb.

    for own stay, many options if u get out of seletar and I would think some are really worthwhile, comparing to now a decent 2 bedder can cost u easily 1mil for OCR. Look at SM a 3 bedder cost ave about 1.2mil and nearby The Shaughnessy only about 1.5mil ave (i think 5 yrs old), anyway just for illustration if you are buying for own stay...

    Isn't Cabana one of those where FEO holds the FH, and then just sell you the LH? Dangerous! What's going to happen when lease runs down? FEO will ask for HUGE top up!
