The last high was 6000+ in May
Over the last 2 wks viewers consistently stay above 4k+ and more than 1k+ higher than last month

If you look at the forum on General Condominium Property News & Discussion, the present number of views for most of the threads are in thousands with lots of replies.
If you click the last page which showed threads in 2006, there were only a few hundred views per thread and hardly any or zero replies.
