This type of Ad is usually done on purpose by the seller's agent.
Some agent like to use extreme figures to attract attention. It could be advertise for sometime at market rate but not moving. So agent purposely missing a zero or advertise a very high figure. If not we will not be discussion this hdb here.
The intent is to get you to call out of curiosity. Then they will tell you it's a typo which went unnoticed. If you don't call, they can't start the conversation with you.
Valuation so low. My 5 room valuation is higher by 35k.Originally Posted by radha08

TAMPINES COURT is private, can cash out.
I feel compelled to share with you all how this kinda ads come about.
Think I posted before last time.
To understand how this ad came about, we all need to understand how agent works. An agent need to either con the buyer or con the seller.
Whichever is easier to con, they whack that person.
At the beginning, the agent has NOTHING, no buyer no seller.
So he can do 2 things, con buyer to call him or con seller to call him.
How he does that ?
He put up an ad with a ridiculously HIGH price, when sellers see that, they think they smart, call the agent to say "Hey! If someone selling at that price, you mind sell for me $10K below that ? I undercut the other seller!"
Then he puts up an ad with a ridiculously low price. People think they found GOLD! Quickly call and ask to view, agent take down their numbers and proudly says he got READY buyers~!
Property Investment 101 done.
Good Luck!

COV is 30K because the owner needs cash urgently to pay for his newly bought condo.

I'm so used to looking at condos' layout that I forgot in HDB our common toilets are usually in the kitchen. I wonder why was it built this way. In condos i've never seen the common toilet being built in the kitchen. unless the utility one.Originally Posted by buttercarp
This layout seems pretty tight for the master bedroom no?
for a 133sqm, i think the master bedrm is probably pretty big. likely they drew gigantic beds.
This one not really in the kitchen.Originally Posted by price
My previous HDB common toilet also not in the kitchen.
But the common toilet is usually built juxtaposed to that of the master bedroom, i guess so that the pipes can run in the same direction.
Yup, this one's masterbedroom is as small/ as big as the other 2 bedrooms.
same..... er wait, don't tell me it was in hougang??Originally Posted by buttercarp

In the old day, toilet is use to slaughter chicken and all type of thing that could make the place a mess. Doing it in the toilet after all the mess you just clean it with water.
Nowadays we buy cook food instead.
