    Still remember how they slaughter the chicken in the wet market. They cut the throat of the chicken, drain the blood and then throw them in the rotating machine to remove the feather.

    $500K COV and the slaughtering of chicken in a way Office Boy cant imagine ... haha! Except maybe they do it this way in Commando courses...

    Though in the office, some politics does look like the way you mentioned about chicken killing ... hahaha!

    That's rite...maybe very soon they will also do away the kitchen and then give u one oven and one induction cooker in your living room

    They will have to downgrade. With the latest CM, I think it will be even harder to enbloc. Which means supply in good mature locations will be hard to come by in the future. Will it mean that even if your ppty is 99LH with 40 years left, there will still be demand since there will always be people looking for well located properties? Or rental demand for such properties will continue to hold since tenants are not bothered by tenure?
