    Nice is nice lah..
    But I think those south facing units view will kena block by the Spottiswoode 18 right infront of them.. & for those with south-west facing will partially kena block by Spottiswoode Res right infront also

    Better go to the actual site to do a study what is right infront of you before committing

    $2000plus psf seems reasonable now for a FH in D2 after the launch of Echelon. There will be happening at the railway station.

    Yup, even those in suburban area most of the average price had already past $1000/psf soon many ppls will be looking to the city region again.

    Was there earlier today. Indicative $2300psf and up, vvip may have 1-3% disc. The units are very small, so quantum is not over the top. Should launch around 8 Jan.

    should be slightly <1mil for cheapest unit unless developer c echelon so huat upz accordingly.

    Think if 1.3mil they can swap flies.. these days is all about quantum theory. 8xxk echelon MM still acceptable, but 1.3mil is too much riaox

    Me thinks CCR MM current max potential for now is 1mil irregardless of FH/LH assume 3.5k rental. CCR 1rm non-MM 1.15-1.2mil still about 200k gap which is a pretty gd margin

    Orchard CCR MM already $1.5-1.8m liao, just look at The Metz.
