    As of today put up for subsale: 23 , of which only two 3XX sqft units for subsale

    Yup . even though most of the units are 3xx sqft, only 2 are up on propertyguru, what does it mean?

    Prime location and expecting good rental yield. So people are holding to the smaller units. What floor area you bought and when you bought?

    Gross rental on par with super suburban Optima only. Net could be worse considering the AV will be higher for this.

    This sucks big time as an investment play.

    First hand owner laughing all the way to JB.

    Wait... I correct myself. Even first hand owner wont be laughing... So ex RV Suites bought at 670k up. Optima was like...wat... 500k?

    Great world city mrt station coming up in a few years. So got upside. Optima already has mrt, and the current selling price for optimal quite high result in low yield. Not forgetting in 10yrs time optima value left 8x yrs, rv edge, rv suites, stellar rv are freehold.

    Agree with Lee . Anyway, the location alone is of much difference. RV Edge is of much close proximity to Orchard.....

    Dont get me wrong, i agree with both of you. Just beats me why the rental so low for rv suites!?

    Not sure what is considered low. But based on CURRENT Asking price of S$1.05m for a 5xx sqft unit, the rent is $3900. About 4.5% yield. Pretty decent? Note that this is bsed on CURRENT Asking price. if based on the owner's original purchase price, the yield would be higher.

    Oh u r looking at the top end of the range and me the low end of 3000 in the list, then placing side by side Optima.

    Difference could be partial or fully furnished unit plus facing as well.

    I'm vested in this project as well. I recall some 3 mths back, I called the developer and inquired abt expected TOP. Was told to expect completion betw Mar-Jun 2013. Any comments, is this realistic, given the progress to date? Thks

    PS: anyone interested in the developer prices for all units can pm me.

    Possibly in Q3 2013. Look at the photo posted, as of september, it has reached 5th level.
