It was a laggard for sometime, I thought it stabilized after a long period of lows. Given a discount of 30% and recent listing of REITs, I was forward looking for an old time stock. Previously last year or earlier, I bought 40 lots at $2.26, it cheong to highest of $3.20; nevertheless I sold at around $2.74 and made a little profit. One thing I notice, it didn't really take a high volume transaction to bring up the price, sometimes a volume of 100+ lots can rallied the stock up by 3-4cts. It was true, even my broker find this counter a bit 'slow'.
The other counter was Guocoleisure, bought at $0.56 at low, unfortunately traded away at $0.66, even privatization was already in the air, and now was $0.97. Was a slow counter as well. Sold somehow too early
