Buy only if u believe the story.... The stocks I am holding is free stocks.... Sold some stocks away and recovered the principal.... So from here on, up or down, it doesn't bother me anymore...

There is a growth story.... But the valuations are way above earnings... So this is like the dot com stocks but this are brick and motar and the beauty in such companies are they are now doing consumer printers....

I sold Botannia and downsized to waterview... Botannia went up but so did waterview... I used the proceeds of Botannia to do downpayment of 40% on waterview and I still had cash coming back to me... At 40% down, what is the risk to me on waterview??? My rental can cover the installment leh.... Just an example.... I don't always catch it rite, but I minimise my risk... And like u, when people are scared, I hoot.... But u look at citi, I hoot @ $20... Kanna black eye... Hahahaha... Lucky I hoot again at 1.50... (this is pure luck)... The key is to get 70-80% rite on your own... Rather than rely on someone to make the decision for u... At least u home your skills...
Even warren did not buy GS @ the lowest point... But he definitely got a good deal from the preferential shares.... He has that capability because of his wealth and name...
