Just don't think Bernanke will leave with a Mess for the next person to clean up the shit. Further he has stated specifically very clear on the conditions for Tapering to come into force and I don't think it is any time soon.

    my view only

10y bond yield probably drop back to 2.5% ... but it will never go back to below 2% again even if Bernanke cried wolf 2 more times

Don't think US Fed cried wolf.......unemployment 6.5% not achieved and this is one of the criteria (at present at 7%over, so long way to go)

It is the Bears who were shouting Tapering all these while

So between now and the next Fed meeting, expect more bears to shout Tapering again

Reporting season just round the corner and keeping in mind that there will be no tapering through 2013 (of course if US Fed criteria's not met which don't think it will)

We shall be able to see a New High end 2013 or early 2014

    Housing Data
Costa is starting to see shrinkage in the housing data as a result of a cut back in loan origination and refinancing. Two major banks, JPMorgan Chase and Wells Fargo recently announced they are laying off employees because of a slowdown in activity in the mortgage sector. This week, there are a number of housing data related items such as FHFA house price index, S&P Case-Shiller HPI, new home sales, pending home sales index. The housing sector is a big part of the recovery and if its stifled it will prolong the Feds decision on tapering.

It will take 180 degree turn to bring 10y UST to below 2%

    something like:

    1. First policy hike expected to be 2020
    2. No tapering until 2017

If they just shut their mouth, expect 2.5%

Yes this is my concern too but market seems to favour him by making high after high since 2009
So in the meantime just follow the market trend

So many people are so wary, fearing about the tapering, thinking the worst is still to come when money printing ended, so stashing so much CASH in the banks, how to crash hah?

    Thank you
    will be very careful

5 micro-waves down look like finishing or completed ...anticipating a rebound

Most traders can stomach a Crash but not a Gap Down
