Came across above articles that talk about a plat sale for residential and COMMERCIAL use at Petir Road / Jalebu road. With tender price of close to $500m and rate of $8667 per sq meter, something good has to come up. I am more keen on the commercial side of it that the we residents in the area can look forward to.
Any expert on the forum to share any updates on this?
Looking for more reasons to make Noexit love the area after my purchase![]()

Some new development in the area:
1. Michaels' Residences landed house LH at (Cashew Landed Area)

2. Dairy Farm Road Land sold on Sep 2012 - better location to MRT and Railmall

ES advertisement shows Chestnut park and a observatory tower. Anyone knows the progress of these developments?
Went to showflat today. Looked very dried up. Not many people around, probably due tochristmas. An agent told me that 80% of tower A sold. They have already reduced the discount now. Tower C expected to be launched soon and prices expected to be higher by removal of discount. Not sure how much truth in statements. Anyone got insight in their sales and performance?
Went to the showroom last weekend. Almost completely void of people except for the agents there.
Christmas go holiday liao mar. Where got ppl go see house one ehheheOriginally Posted by fireclone

Anybody knows how's the sale? How's it affected by the CM?
When I was there last month, the agent told me that the developer is not doing much marketing or advertising.Originally Posted by darkseed73

At this moment, still not sure whether this has been the right move at the right time![]()
The location is not the best, but this project is priced relatively cheaper than Tree House and Foresque. Hope that it will do well![]()
are you sure eco is the cheapest among the three?Originally Posted by bschoo

hmmmm....u can't be getting any cheaper of what we bought in TH. Are you cheated in buying eco?Originally Posted by bschoo

I pay ~1000psf for a 980sqft unit. Don't mean to say that the price is cheaper than TH when it was launched. I was comparing latest transacted prices of TH and Foresque available from URA website. Of course, if I can go back in time to 2-3 years ago, I would buy TH![]()
