    Ahaha go to the showroom and see lor.

    Marble is expensive but maintainence is tougher since I brought for own stay I prefer something I can take care in long term.

    Drove by earlier and saw some cranes at the Eco Sanctuary site. Also received a mailer from the developer showing that piling works are almost complete and that 10% payment is due soon

    Does this means that all rooms in ES will also have network access points? This is effective 1st May 2013, but ES started selling in Nov 2012.

    The block nearer the BKe is already rising up to 2nd floor. The front 2blocks nearer petir should be finishing piling very soon, they have remove most of their piling machine except 2. So they should be asking for money soon. I go riding at the MTB trail every other day, vast tracks of land behind Eco are being cleared for community gardening, the original patch was a big mess with lots of make shift structures, looked like a slum. Hopefully the new patches would not deteriorate to be like those in the past, someone has also been taping the rubber trees on the hill park next to Eco,

    Right, in fact one more piling machine just retracted, it will be less noisy once piling is all over.

    Yes, tower C is topping up level 1 already, tower a&b just completing piling works. Progress should be 1level every month or so at the rate they are going, unless works speed up.

    I am hoping they can obtain TOP at end 2015, 1 year earlier than expected TOP of end 2016. Like what they did for Treehouse, since it is the same MC (Tiong Seng)

    1 level for every month is very slow....which mean it will take 2 years just to reach the top floor....
