But when will the mall be start building or just a planning only? Planning can always changed after few years later without demand or developement plan there

That why the most important, new house owner had to love that location rather then listen to all the beautful good remarks from other first.

If everyone loves the location the price is already high. You make no money.

Beauty is buy cheap when people like you dislike the place and in future when you start liking the place, sell you expensive! (Pun intended!!)

Default Development at Petir Road / Jalebu Road

    http://www.singaporepropertyinc.com/...d-parcel-sale/

    http://www.ura.gov.sg/sales/JelebuPe...Rd-main(L).htm

Came across above articles that talk about a plat sale for residential and COMMERCIAL use at Petir Road / Jalebu road. With tender price of close to $500m and rate of $8667 per sq meter, something good has to come up. I am more keen on the commercial side of it that the we residents in the area can look forward to.

Any expert on the forum to share any updates on this?

Looking for more reasons to make Noexit love the area after my purchase

Sim Lian was awarded for the above bid.

"The top bid, from Sim Lian was for $805.26 per square foot of potential gross floor area, or 10.7 per cent higher than the second highest bid of $727.36 per square foot per plot ratio from two Keppel Land units."

Some new development in the area:

Went to showflat today. Looked very dried up. Not many people around, probably due to christmas. An agent told me that 80% of tower A sold. They have already reduced the discount now. Tower C expected to be launched soon and prices expected to be higher by removal of discount. Not sure how much truth in statements. Anyone got insight in their sales and performance?

When I was there last month, the agent told me that the developer is not doing much marketing or advertising.

    Are you vested?

The last time foresque starts off with slow sales but as time passes with more CMs and closer to TOP, unit 'fly off' the shelf. Wonder will this happen to Eco Santuary too?

Hello, I bought a unit at tower B.
At this moment, still not sure whether this has been the right move at the right time
The location is not the best, but this project is priced relatively cheaper than Tree House and Foresque. Hope that it will do well

I pay ~1000psf for a 980sqft unit. Don't mean to say that the price is cheaper than TH when it was launched. I was comparing latest transacted prices of TH and Foresque available from URA website. Of course, if I can go back in time to 2-3 years ago, I would buy TH
