No because I factor in the cost of the rental into my existing condo price before I sell it.. Eg. Rental for a 3 room flat $1600x 24 months than add this amount into the selling price

this project should be renamed as foresq-killer or hill-killer or tree-killer .. it is a big spoiler in terms of pricing

the hexagonal facade idea copied from CBP wakakaka

nonetheless ... I think they really spend a bomb on showflat that put some Singapore developers to shame... good job SP Setia

Is it possible to further negotiate the price? Or is the developer price a finalized indicative price?

sup sup waterish at 650k, graduate save 5yrs I think can down pay 20% no sweat. 2x graduate dual income can aim higher at 3rms. Bukit Panjang integrated development in future with existing 2 malls nearby at BP. First day the sold out stickers already look scary mary

Is there a big crowd over in the showflat? The price is costlier than TH and Foresque?

I am not in a position to compare since I see many young chewren without any kids to support. And judging from the pple I see around my friends dual income graduates and based on their salary, I can see why there is such a demand. My observations might be abit more bias nevertheless

Hi.. Do not get me wrong; I am just sharing my situation here. Not against your observation. This is why I am sharing a house with my in-laws and parents and bro-in-law.

I am interested to see this Eco Santuary loft concept so I can accomodate more people in 2 bedder or 2+S bedder.
