    Default property for thought on a boring tue afternoon

    is there anywhere in SG that's ideal for own stay today based on the following criteria:

    1) Near amenities (< 800m to supermarket + coffee shop + clinic + dental + bakery)
    2) Near existing mrt (< 700m to nearest mrt that's already built)
    3) NO ongoing or potential construction nearby (be it empty plot next to existing condo sold or to be sold under GLS; or freehold landed area that is sprouted with rebuilding and/or transformation in MMs)
    4) No major roads with noisy traffic or congestion

    if yes... at what kind of pricing to achieve?

    Archipelago fits your requirement except that the Bedok North Road/Bedok Reservoir Junction can be a bit noisy/congested. Most WF condo will likely be accessing PIE via the other entrance exit. Minus point is v few units left ...

    Actually eCO will be alright if the plot next to it is not triggered as it's on reserve list. The traffic there is not very heavy from Bedok South, unless u heading to CBP.

    Ya, bedok south Blk 57 has a NTUC, not a v big one but 58 has a wet mkt, hawker centre and a variety of shops and clinic. Less than 10 min walk. Had dinner there before going to Eco last wk.

    thousands of hdb fits that criteria.

    The Madeira@Bukit Gombak, cheap cheap still below 1000psf
