    Default EC chiong ah!!!!

SINGAPORE - Heron Bay, Singapore's first deluxe executive condominium in Upper Serangoon View, is more than 4.2 times oversubscribed, having received 1,664 applications for its 394 units, said developer Serangoon EC today.

This record number of applications is possibly the highest number of applications per unit in the EC history over the last 10 years.

The one-week e-application period started on Sept 16 and ended yesterday at 9pm.

Thanking the applicants, Managing Partner of EVIA Real Estate Management Vincent Ong said: "We attribute this record number of applications to the distinctive market positioning of Heron Bay as a deluxe-class EC taht offers buyers a compelling range of luxury design features and amenities, and yet still competitively price in the EC market."

Serangoon EC is a joint venture between CNH Investment, Evia Real Estate Management, Ho Lee Group and See Hup Seng.

The EC offers a range of luxury design features and amenities, including living rooms with ensuite private pool-cum-jacuzzi, 5-bedroom units with a dual-key option, European design kitchen appliances and a complimentary fibre broadband service for the first year of occupany.

Heron Bay will open for bookings on Oct 26 at its sales gallery and showflats at Upper Serangoon View.

A fast start but would not be surprised if sales slow down once the choice units are taken up.
