    Unbelievable, the quantum is 516m

I have a bad feeling about this becoming Sky Habitat II ... the selling price has to be at least 1700psf !!!

The 2nd bid (CDL?) is very close at 946psf

    UOL / FEO ranked 5/7th @ 860psf thereabout ...

Guess this transaction is the one that gives the confidence

it is no wonder Raffles Ed Corp must now buy land in JB instead of Singapore ... it is only 30m for 18.5 hectare land !!!

SINGAPORE-listed Raffles Education Corporation has inked a deal with Iskandar Investment Bhd to buy a land plot for Raffles American School (RAS) - its first foray into pre-tertiary education.
The company will pay about RM75 million (S$30 million) for the 18.5-hectare land in EduCity, in Iskandar Malaysia's Nusajaya area.
Iskandar Investment Bhd is the commercial arm of the Malaysian government that has been formed to spearhead the development and transformation of Iskandar Malaysia.
The proposed permanent campus, designed by the New York architectural firm of Skidmore, Owings & Merrill, will have 300,000 square feet of built-up space for 2,000 students.

GCB and City view. The park connector is nice....goes all the way to Great World City. But it's further from Redhill MRT than Tanglin Regency/View, Ascentia Sky and the Met. However at that price, I don't expect the residents there would be taking the MRT anyway.

I read that there is view restriction to the north where the GCB and embassies are. Wonder what they will do & it will affect the design of the condo.

1700psf they don't earn much... anyone has any idea who is the second joint bidder Metro Australia Holdings? Is it related to Metro Holdings Ltd?

I recalled reading an article in the ST about one month back. The ceo was saying that the market is going down and the company is not active in bidding and accumulating land bank (something to this effect). And then they go bid high high ... Wow. Don't know what to say!

Yes. You're right. They tried to talk down the market but everywhere, the land bid price is going higher & higher.

this site is the extreme fringe of D10. 99yrs LH (super sian).

better go get the freehold and better located RV Edge, Stellar RV and RV Suites now while they are still below $2000 psf.
