My Singtel broadband contract is going to end soon so would like to know which ISP provides the best value for fiber broadband in term of cost saving n stabilty with true Fiber speed

Here are the 4 heavenly king in Singapore..Singtel, M1, Starhub & Myrepublic, which to choose ?
