Which MM project got the cheapest maintenance fee? What is the typical rate for maintenance fee for MM unit?

The 1st year cannot count.
Developer/MA are actively managing it due to 1 year warranty.

Starting from 2nd year onwards, you will see the real picture.
If no one wants to be actively involved in MC (common for MM projects), you will need to hire a full time Property officer (PO). That will see another S$30-S$50 increase.

Now Security Guards, Cleaners, Utilities are all going up.
Is S$200 (management fee) + S$100 (sink fund) acceptable for MM?

what is sinking fund? so on top of monthly mainteance fee also must pay sinking fund? what is the typical rate?
