    Stack 7 which was facing MBS wasn't sold out when i left around 7+pm, still got afew units left.

    Probably it was sun facing..thats why people didn't buy it.

    Location bet 18 Woodsville and Sky not entirely comparable.
    Walk around sky day or night and look at prices of nearby FH ( e.g.
    La Cresendo, and the newly TOP Oasis etc).

    There are lots of new LH and FH residential properties and Bidi town coming up near 18 woodsville, and it is nearer town.

    Having said that >1900pfs for 18 woodsville is very high lah.

    Then again if property bulls are right, maybe in 3 years time 18 woodsville could well hit 2500pfs and Sky 2000pfs on TOP.

    That pc of land if I remember correctly is reserved for HDB devt.

    OK we shall wait. Currently it's showing as GFR 2.1, but typically HDB is 2.8.

    most probably wont be for HDB..

    I think they would rather sell the land to developer for pte development

    prime land for HDB?

    This one highest floor is only 16th floor only b'cos near to Paya Lebar Airport..

    Just confirm with OneMap.sg , I am afraid any glimpse of MBS view is but a just a dream because at Kallang MRT stn there are 5 /6 blocks of 30 sty HDB loh ....

    Is this project in Singapore? Why the brochure mainly shows westerners?

    it is possible. even from minton u could see MBS.

    I am super "impressed" with the tiles !
    I think DBSS can do better !

    Just because got many uncles and aunties give chqs and cheong, doesnt mean the developer can cut down on all these man!

    This is the problem with cheque collection. People hurriedly give, rush into showflat once open and sometime even without seeing showflat, confirm details, already signed OTP.

    When people are pressurised, I think sure they deliberately dont mind the tiles instead of marble!

    The agent keep saying Hub here Hub there. But if you noticed these are mainly SMEs factories, where can find so many expats work there ?

    Agree about the Hub thing which agents kept harping about. Go walk around at night, see if have the Hub feeling or not. Maybe those who have units in nearby condos can share how easy it is to rent out units in this area. Neverthless, Sky is FH, near to MRT and town so fairly decent buy for those who are vested in this area. Normal tiles or not, think small matter.
