There are lots of new LH and FH residential properties and Bidi town coming up near 18 woodsville, and it is nearer town.
Having said that >1900pfs for 18 woodsville is very high lah.
Then again if property bulls are right, maybe in 3 years time 18 woodsville could well hit 2500pfs and Sky 2000pfs on TOP.

This is the problem with cheque collection. People hurriedly give, rush into showflat once open and sometime even without seeing showflat, confirm details, already signed OTP.
When people are pressurised, I think sure they deliberately dont mind the tiles instead of marble!
The agent keep saying Hub here Hub there. But if you noticed these are mainly SMEs factories, where can find so many expats work there ?
