    location is not too bad, its been said quite a few times that the surroundings not so nice. not sure about rental.

    Macpherson like potong pasir is city fringe, it takes less than 10 mins by car you reach cairnhill, orchard, 10 mins marina, 12min east coast, by bus you can go aljunied mrt, potong pasir mrt, woodsville mrt (all few stops only about 1-1.2 km) This condo tai seng MRT few mins walk circle line.

    Still got lah uncle... 700++k for 3xx sqft 1bedrm (not studio hor) in prime CCR still have, need to use 3rd eye to hunt.

    That was why I ask that question. If Nin is more than $650k, this development is also in city fringe and freehold. How can it be below Nin's price? The only demerit of this place is that it is very close to HDB flat. There is no afternoonb sun. Landed freehold in that area is selling at about $1500 psf.

    Perhaps the Nin PP area is more "Hip" and more "happening".

    This one is at one end of Macpherson road, whereas Nin is nearer the other end of the same road closer to city.

    yea, but these days ppl pay a lot more for doorstep to MRT. Nin is like 1min walk to mrt. + the opposite plot of land is slated for shopping centre in the future

    what a location...very messy area
    but the food around the shops there are good....cold crabs...yummy...sambal crayfish....shiok

    If you are referring to the fairly new FH Oasis Garden, it is quite far away from SKY. Both sky and Oasis are at both ends of the industrial estate. Oasis is much further away from Tai Seng MRT, next to Bartley Sec and walkable to Bartley MRT. Think TOP fairly recently, nice condo but like sky, surrounding not so nice. Was launched at around 700-800pfs, now around 1100pfs

    That is the problem with these two developments. Fortunately, they are light industries.
