    In a simplistic way, its not .liveable. if people can't get a place to stay in the first place. So yes, definitely more houses big small and tiny to come. Everyone can live work and play in the tiny space. But still, a place to call your very own....

    Private resale prices were up 4.5 per cent last month over July, said the Singapore Real Estate Exchange, which collates sales by major property agencies, accounting for about 85 per cent of resale transactions.

    This puts the average resale prices in July and last month at $1,134 per sq ft (psf), 1.2 per cent more than $1,121 psf in the second quarter.

    Don't understand. Is it 4.5% or 1.2% up in 1 month?

    the psf increase Q on Q is 1.2% ... prices rise month on month is 4.5% ...

    Means that Jul price was $1109 psf? Less than the $1121 in the second quarter.
