I had attended one property seminal and sign up for the course before buying one property and hoping that I can get some insight. I was afraid to make mistake in buying a property so hoping to learn from the course. The course is Around the same price for 3 days.

In fact, they had already earn from the participants by signing up for their course. What I learn is irrelevant to what I want to know. It might be helpful for those who are real beginners. What I got is a free dinner, a tour around the place that he would had intended to invest but never tell you the actual location, news that might not be going around yet(this is what i value) and update on the situation to his previous student. I had went to one of his update, he told us the Europe situation and he told us that he was buying some property but he said he cannot tell us where or else everyone of us will start to invest where he intend to invest. So do you think those speakers would be so kind to share valuable information with us even if we paid for his course or talk? I don't blame him as human are mostly selfish.

During the seminal, he said that students could invest in the property on what he had invested on commercial property but when become his student, he allow us to invest if we sign up for another course from his education school. I felt cheated.

I learn from this is that you could learn a lot from Internet and brothers and sisters from this forum. They are very helpful.

For own stay, you should choose one that you like. Imagine buying a property because someone said is good but end up you don't like it. You must know what you like and looking for in a property. You could seek advice but you must know what you are doing. You must also have buffer in finance if happen you are jobless and property is a long term investment.

For investment, it is always good to look at D9 and D10.

That is all I would like to share.

Yup i wont say this kind of course totaly useless if you find it is of value to your ownself..please go ahead and sign-up...i also paid about $1k to sign up for Mr Mohd Ismail(propnex CEO)..course at the life mastery academy...has it changed my life has it made me rich...maybe yes maybe no...well it made me sell my mass market condo last year with good capital gain....will it make me buy now when market is at all time high...perhaps if i see something of absolute value...will it make me sit out the rough seas we are currently in with regards to the economy and what not...perhaps.....

but very importantly what i have gained from the course is knowing that if we believe in ourselves we know our strengths and weaknesses with regards to property investment and WE have a GOAL with regards to our PROPERTY investment strategy....we can achieve what we want...and Mr Ismail is a very charismatic speaker...personally i find him much better than the rest...which is why i paid him $1000 to TALK TALK and TALK

Do i regret........a few years ago i went to Genting and within an hour i lost about $1k SGD at the casino...if u ask me THAT i regret...

I have attended a preview of such course 2 years ago. Those who bought properties then would have made money. Such course is to gain basic knowledge, unfortunately property investment is not just about that but swift decision and gut feel. Know of people who involve in the development of indices of real estate industry but did not invest because based on fundamental, the market should not go up but correct since 2007. How many boats who such people miss since then?

I second that. Only real beginners need apply. If you have invested in even a HDB. You need not attend this course.

Lucky me I save on the money coz my friend attended and she told me this. And she was complaining about her investment in another project.. but i think she will also exit with profit if the first project is of any indication.

Ya totally agreed with stingray abt attending the stupid property course and ask u to invest in their property scheme

Made money from us on the course and still take money from student (other people money)to invest in his investment scheme
