Default Any underlying benefit/s for Foreigners in Purchasing Properties in Singapore?

    Just curious,

Anyone has any foreign friends/acquaintances that kept on buying properties in Singapore?

Beside the investment benefit, any other underlying benefit/s? Ie: Get PR easier (which I remember cant liao), get visa easier.. etc?

    Thanks~

Save haven to park cash... For those who cannot hold assets in their own country for various reasons... Both legitimate and illegitimate......

In singapore, when foreigners buy sentosa cove using cash, we don't ask as well. Sometimes being foreigner in our own country is better. Imagine singaporeans buy cove using cash in singapore, iras will start snooping into your accounts.
