komo, may i know what is ncl?

If you are getting block 23, The amount is very reasonable.
That block has one of the best views even if you do not get the high floors, the pool view would be to your advantage.

Sorry, am not very sure which blk you're at. If you get the pool view then it's a steal.

    Actually it's ok.
    I do understand budget problems.
I must say from my experiences, the cheap developments comes with extremely bad furnishing.
Rest assured, you are getting great furnishings and facilities.
Also the Fengshui Master You long zi bought premium nearing 1.4

    Your unit is 3 bedder?

yes jace, initially wanted to get 2 bedder. But the facing i like is $856K for level 8. i noticed the Masterplan is highrise buildings next to SM. So i opted for 3 bedrm compact with a poor facing instead.

wah, seem like fengshui masters like the North too?

Miltonia close is always in the news during dengue outbreaks.

Better buy high floor and invest in those insect magnetic screens on your windows.

856K for 8 storey high is not possible at all. What's the size for that unit?

Forum unlike FB. So u will hear both positive & negative comments.

For your info on future central. Might have another institution here but that will come after the Yishun hub & Community hospital. As some space will be used for Temp. bus interchange & Temp polyclinic.

I have seen the walkthrough video of skies but there's still a lot of facilities not shown in the video.
I did not see jogging tracks and the two or three gardens just a cloudy bay and sky gym but the actual would have much more than we expect.
Looking forward but not to mosquitos! haha

Hmm.... the nearest petrol station is SPC.
The nearest Esso shld be near Yishun Town Sec School.
Shell stations all near Chong Pang area.

    Foodwise....heehee.
    1) Blk 848 & Blk 845 coffee shops(one of them operated 24 hrs!)
-Rojak n Popiah are one of the better ones i tasted
-Fried Bee Hoon is not too bad
-Long queue at the Yong Tau Fu even on a Friday noon!
-Generally, the mixed veg rice stalls are pretty nice. More variety n cheaper n better-looking than those offered in Sembawang.
    - Porridge has ah ma homecooked taste

    2) Blk 925
-My fav chicken rice stall with a never-ending queue
-Duck rice comes with a potent herbal smell soup!
-Fish slice soup is equally good. Can taste the sweet freshness of fish. Unlike food court type.
    - Durian crispy pancakes

    3) Chong Pang
-Chu Chang Fen that is so smooth and has different fillings for u to choose
-Chwee Kueh is cheap and really gd but sinful
-Roast duck is famous but ex
-Fried bee hoon n fried chicken is a lot nicer than Blk 848

    4) Sembawang area (opp SSC)
    -White Bee Hoon+prawn ngoh hiang
-hong kong food not bad there
-Curry Fish head (not sure still there)
-Exotic Turte soup( interesting but i nvr dare to try)
-Heard that the bak kut teh is nice but nvr try too

    5) Shami Banana leaf near khatib camp is gd but few carpark lots

    6) Nasi lemak near chong pang camp has long q but i dunno if nice or not

    7) Peach Garden @ OCC

    8) Pinsi @ Safra

    Sis, I think is ok.

Agent sent the median or the 1st 25 percentile.

Yours is a good stack, highly sought after so may belong to the upper 75 percentile.

    Still a good deal.

Yeap for home stay too...like the quietness of the area, and exclusive encave

a good place to chill after all the slogging and hardwork

dun like MRT or mixed development like Watertown, too busy
