then drove across the link over the lower seletar reservoir - took couple of photos - to seletar aerospace, through the country club, jalan kayu, and then to greenwich.
depends on whether you are a bull or not, more btos coming up means more crowded developments in that area along with more inconvenience during that construction phase. yet, on the other hand, more GLS next to skies miltonia and miltonia residences mean that launch prices should be higher and higher.
whether it is for investment here or in the rest of Singapore, must remember to invest and leverage only up to your own defined safe limit.
