    1997 median? My best guess is 8-9k

    It really make sense because kopi price has gone from 50-60 cents to 1 to 1.1 today so property psf goes from 500-600psf to 1100psf loh

    Watertown at punggol launch at high price,ppl still buy.then comes Parc centro which is cheaper in psf, ppl lagi buy buy buy...watertown owner heart pain le..

    but Best thing about TM , the newest launching price will always be higher than the previous one.

    TM have been quite for a while since Optima, so Eco and this might just liven things up. Together with the low-rise plot opposite nursery/Optima, this area might just be awaken! Not forgetting East Village was selling at about 1300psf?

    Amazing, D16 at 1400psf, same psf as 8@W and 8RS .. it seems today, proximity to CBD / Orchard does not necessarily commands premium, it is near MRT or far from MRT that matters

    Same thing is happening to HDB rental , TPY rental 2.7k median, Tampines 2.54k median

    This new site is outside of 1km of both Red Swastika and Temasek I think ... ECO will appeal more for family who wants to send kid to Temasek primary school

    4th university is under construction and slated to open in 2015 while CBP is red hot rental today (>$6psf)

    no longer an IF but WHEN. The only green you may see then will be maybe the flower nursery and the eCO vertical green wall... Nursery sure good business from all the condos with planters and balconies.

    I honestly quite like the patch of greenery opposite the katong flora, it makes the area more serene.
    Having a new project there means it will block seaview from Optima
