Carpark 90-95% full this afternoon. Each showflat unit model roughly have 2-3 families viewing. Not crowded at all.

    - Site wise looks crowded, there is a flying fox and a pool for boating. One of the block (NE corner) has a sky lounge at its top.. expect that block to be noisy.
    - Unit wise, floor tiles design stayed away from the conventional square tiles and went for the 1:2 or 1:4 rectangular tiles. Marble flooring looks nice, but the grout used is a bit too wide for marble tiling. I was expecting the grout to be more seamless. Balcony, kitchen and 2nd bathroom uses the 300x600 homogeneous tiles.
    - Ceiling height only 2.75m, lower than typical 2.85-2.9m.
    - Balcony size 8sqm (2.1m L x 1.9m D)
    - Refrigerator is the Electrolux 535mm... the 3-bedder unit has 2 of those fridges side by side.
    - Some 3 bedders have a 1.5m x 1.5m see-thru glass between the MBR and its bathroom. (May appeal to some people...)

Finally, when leaving, I drove pass the big longkang - the so-called river...doesn't look appealing at all.
not crowded but carpark so full? Agent park both family cars in the carpark??

Showroom size very big.. doesnt look densely packed. I think agents' cars not allowed to park there.

Was there this afternoon to sign my OTP, wasn't crowded at all, more agents than family. The 1-bedder comes with wooden tiles instead of marbles as it is at the show flat. I guess the recent changes on loans may have caused some potential buyers to be more cautious. Hope to see more take up rate next weekend.

The "hidden kitchenette" concept is indeed unique and does have a WOW factor, however, I doubt it's usefulness and it does not save you space. During construction phase, we will be given a choice whether or not to construct a door/wall that seperates the living and bedroom. I particularly like the balcony as it is not too big or not to small, the size is just nice to lazz around on a weekend afternoon overlooking the skyline with pool view. Alfresco dining is also possible between 1-4 person. I also noticed that the opp blocks are not too close to each other, as this is separated by the pols and other features in between 2 blocks.

All furnishings are of good quality, Daikin for air-cond and Electronex for white goods. Marble flooring in the toilet and good quality shelves and wardrobes. It will be good if they give us parque wood for the balcony.

I think the purpose of having that swinging structure is not to save space but to 'hide' the ugly utensils and crockery when you have visitors ....

Sorry should be 4.2 x 1.9 as they were using 7 600x300 tiles instead of 300x300

Anyone was at the show flat over the weekend? Packed? I wonder how is the take up rate so far? They have been quite active advertising over media for the past one week.

Any one knows when they will lunch another phase?
To date, they have released 2 phases, right?
The first one when I bought one unit was with 21% discount
and next phase was 20% discount.
wish to know if they are going to release 3rd phase what will be the discount%
