Default High inflation, Low yield, 7% is a dream

The era of high yield low inflation is over, we are living in era of high inflation, low yield

10y SGS bond yield crashed to 1.36% on 12 July from 1.43% on 11 July, 20y yield dropped below 2% to 1.97%

If CPF SA rate were to be calculated based on the proposal using 1% + 10y SGS yield, it will be only 1.36 + 1 = 2.36%, even lower than CPF OA

I did not follow the SGS, is it becos the bond price has gone up, with the fixed coupons, then resulting in lowering the yield?
