    So starting a new thread using the name of the condo.

    There is a AMK DBSS called Park Central.

    Wonder if Wee Hur did a thorough market research for the condo name

    As someone pointed it out, this Wee Hur Parc Centros is very near Bus Interchange...Therefore NOISE Pollution till 1am Daily for FREE !

    got so bad huh??? just receive a call to bring down a check for VVIP tomorrow, still very skeptical about investing in Punggol.....but if the VVIP can get good pricing and unit, maybe still got some chance to earn right

    Wonder if can get the 775sqft 2 bedder for 700k or less?

    That time ATT same size 2 bedder start from 700k.

    Buyers should take ATT as a pricing guide. This one was bidded at a lower price than ATT and the location is very similar to ATT.

    Unless they give marble floor and branded fittings then can consider.

    IF you guys notice,

    128sq m for a 4 Bed room....

    Actually it is DAMN Fu#king SMALL Unit !

    Take out 2 Balcony and the huge AIR-CON Ledge,

    Lets assume it is around 15sq m for it.

    So...128-15 = 113sq m

    A 5 room HDB Flat is around 110sq m.

    Imagine adding 1 extra room into a small 110sq m unit ,

    conclusion is...It looks small and squeeze...

    TRULY DISSAPPOINTED of this Project....

    Might as well save the money and buy HDB or EC

    BINGO, 1br priced from 550k ... probably 2nd floor facing rubbish chute .... decent one should be closed to 600k .... no way it can be 4xxk one lah

    Don't say too early, don't know the price already factor in the discount or not.
    WT 1 bedder listed price 700k onwards. Then after discount ended up 5xxk.
    But if your price prediction is true, can give the 1 bedder a miss.

    can ignore the 1 bedder (starts from 1163psf) already, 3 bedder (starts from 882psf) is the best buy

    1 bedder 600k might as well buy eight riversuites or bartley residences 1 bedders also similar price.

    Every time the bus drivers press hard on the oil, an infrasonic will generate and travel from miles. Worst if the infrasonic of its oscillations matches the building’s or any object's natural frequency of vibration.
