Those 3 bedroom compact around 990sqft are the best buy at 880psf. It is the lowest quantum 3 bedder at punggol central. ATT's 3 bedders are larger and start at over 935k for 2nd floor last time. Remember ATT pricing was all same floor unit same price regardless of facing.
