Engage a lawyer. But even if you "win" the case, you lose hell a lot of money. Unless you are some big F, you won't be awarded much in compensation - if anything at all.

Not sure. So far the smart YW has yet to deny/acknowledge officially whether he is associated with the other YW at HwZ..

It's more for unauthorised access and distribution of sensitive information, like obtaining nude pictures through hacking into someone's computer, accessing and using trade secrets/confidential information through unauthorised access, accessing ex-gf's bank account information out of curiosity or stalking if you are an employee of the bank.
