    If its 1150nett, it's a good buy for a choice unit. Archipelago alrdy at 1050-1100psf average.

    hi forumers - can I please confirm - the 5 year holding period (otherwise subject to sellers' duty) will start from the point we sign the sales and purchase agreement right? not from TOP right?

    yes, I think it count from the date of OTP exercised

    It's in front of east meadows, nearer to mrt but they paid more for the land compare to Eco and it will most likely be launched only in 1H 2013.

    I think it should be "less quality, higher price, faster take money"

    Fragrance today is like Far East 10 years ago, looks good from far but far from good.
