    what is the 15% discount for? my first time buying buc units so am unclear about lots of things.

    The developers always give discount from the listed price. At time, stamp duty rebate, furniture voucher (which is a cheque upon TOP) etc etc

    eg FEO, they give extra 2% for repeated customers.

    so will PH 2 buyers get all these discounts as well? or normally just for PH 1?

    New launch generally the earlier you buy the lower the psf or the more discount.. but tactics are often use in later phase launch such as releasing units with better facing/premium units to justify increase in cost.

    Hearsay many pple vying for same units with multiple cheque submissions, choose your unit[s] wisely and the max price you are willing to pay before going for the kill

    In a good location plus near MRT and amenities, sold out situation expected if priced reasonably.

    Those keen should buy during preview launch for best price!

    Only the first 50 customers (which include staff) will enjoy better discount...how much...dunno....the 51st onward, discount will be reduced....

    No furniture voucher, no stamp duty absorption, all discounts are given upfront...

    If below $1150 net for the unit I want....I take...

    I am scratching my head now to buy or not, I nvr got this problem so difficult to decide. Anyway, I hv alr secured a place in the first 50.

    I truly appreciate if u can share ur view...as I must decide now...

    I surveyed the site, look around are all HDB blocks and Bedok Court, that is why my son does not like it

    doubtful can see Laguna Golf (LOL...my club)..
