    FEO will target Chinese ... I notice Waterfront Isle / Eu Habitat has large proportion of foreigners



    In EuHabitat 37.4% buyers are foreign

    In Waterfront Isle, 28.7% buyers are foreign

    The Shore Residences 32.5% buyers are foreign

    Foreigners seem to favor East side FEO project without existing MRT

    For The Hillier foreigners only 11% (suspect mainly Malaysians)
    Punggol foreigners 7.6% even less

    The highest is Silversea .... foreigners is a whopping 51.2%

    Typical of FEO, I think might not wait one wk for it to cut, might cut after 1st 2 days if sales are good. However, lately FEO sales seems to be meeting some resistance, think Seahill, Hillsta, etc ...

    Because they already position at the peak of cycle beyond affordability ... and they are waiting for wages to increase by 5-10% this year .. so next year got buyers again ...

    FEO is normally quite ok buy during VVIP preview (e.g. WFI, EuHabitat) but once they sell 70% ... price will reach peak of the cycle ... but early investors will celebrate
